Professor Vlatka Ariaana Hlupic, a (non UK) Dame, a renowned global thought leader in business leadership and a creative polymath, founded Alcyone Custom Made Jewellery. Her passion for art, design, beauty, and opulence, coupled with her inability to find meaningful pieces of jewellery for herself, inspired her to embark on a journey of creating bespoke, deeply personal adornments.

Vlatka's first design, the famous Vladimir tiara-inspired diamond and alexandrite ring, was meticulously crafted by the esteemed Crown Jeweller Mark Appleby and his team at Mappin & Webb.

Encouraged by the overwhelmingly positive feedback from Mr. Appleby and others, Vlatka continued to design and commission several other bespoke pieces, infusing her knowledge, wisdom, and intuition into each creation.

Reveling in the creative process, Vlatka recognised an opportunity to share her exquisite, timeless designs with others, leading her to establish Alcyone Custom Made Jewellery.
